WEEK 6

I enjoyed  seeing some of you at the weigh in on Saturday. I stepped up on the treadmill just to check it out and almost fell off the darn thing. Goes to show how much I exercise outside the home. However, I am aware that exercise is a key component to any weight loss program. A daily exercise routine at home feels comfortable to me. I am hoping that consistency vs intensity will weigh in my favor. Good Luck to all....Cathy Malady

WEEK 5

Am not looking forward to our weigh this Saturday. Have not lost as much weight as I would have liked in this first month. Will be good to see everyone though. My hopes are that all of us will see some improvement even if it is only a few pounds. Good Luck to all...see you Saturday

WEEK 4

So sorry I wasn't feeling well and missed you all at the Aladdin dinner last night. Returning to this Ohio weather from the Key West sunshine has not been easy. I am trying to get back on board with my eating and exercising plan. Was surprised to hear that Laura is leaving the News Herald. So glad that I had the opportunity to meet her. Best of luck to her. We should all work hard to make her proud.

WEEK 3

Hope everyone has been keeping up with the program and doing well. I just returned from a weeks vacation in Key West. No diet Key Lime pie there.  Looking forward to getting back on track this week.
