WEEK 11

Second weigh in yesterday. It was so nice to see everyone and so motivating to see all dropping pounds. Must remind myself that it’s not all about the number of pounds we lose in a month but more importantly the fact that we are losing. Continuing on our individual programs month after month will get us to our goals. We may lose more or less pounds a month than other contests but WE WILL ALL BE WINNERS IN THE END.

WEEK 10

Not looking forward to this weeks weigh in. I have not lost much weight this month. As a matter of fact I hope I haven’t gained. Did enjoy Cori’s email with Vitabot tips. I have noticed when doing the 10 day requirement of Vitabot I am kept much more on track than the days that I don’t go to the site. My goal for this week is to incorporate Vitabot into my everyday routine. Good Luck to all…see you Saturday.

WEEK 9

Finally back on track. Loving my Chicken Fajitas and feeling so much better after reducing my Carbs. It became obvious to me that after eating the Carbs that I so dearly love I actually felt worse afterwards. Very tired. The more Carbs I ate the more I Carbs my body seemed to crave. Like a downward spiral leading only to tiredness and lack of energy. What I have learned this week is Reduce Carbs = Feel better.

WEEK 8

It has been a very stressful week. I lost my cousin and my kitty cat. Emotional eating has roared it's ugly head again. Why do we allow food to pacify us so? Spring is in the air (well not yesterday) and time for new beginnings. Today's agenda is to  Exercise, Don the Carbs and Pray. Good luck to everyone with the long road we still have ahead of us. We can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!

WEEK 7

Congrats to everyone for losing weight the first month. I am at a standstill. First 12 lbs for me was just water weight. Now comes the struggle. This is going to be a lot harder than I thought. It is inevitable that I am going to have to cut down on the beer if I want to remain in the running. Hmmmmm... Maybe I will try increasing exercise first.
