WEEK 19
Beautiful Memorial Day weekend. Lots of time to enjoy the outside and get in some most needed exercise. I can’t believe it but portion control is actually becoming habit now. I realized it when someone during our cookout said “Why are you eating on a saucer instead of a regular plate?” I did have all the foods I wanted and felt great afterwards…not stuffed. Just wish the pounds would come off faster. Wish I had another week before the weigh in Sat.
