WEEK 20
The dreaded weigh in. At least the scale went in the direction I was hoping for….just not the numbers I was wishing for. Losing weight takes work and I can see that I have become lazy. I remember being so pumped early on with thoughts of going to the Y everyday to work out. Well… not happening. What makes one lose motivation? The lazy days of summer I suppose. Time for Malady to get back on track.
