Update

Trying to incorporate drinking 8 glasses of water into my daily routine. I hate water it tastes like nothing. Exercising is also a pain but I do feel better afterwards. Love the Vitabot site and use it regularly. Good luck to everyone.

New Food

Never thought I would be eating something called wheat germ. Suppose to be good for you so I bought some. Now I have to figure out what to put it on or in.  Ahhhhh... Maybe I will add it to my barley and hops.
